Titototter Wiki:Code of Conduct

The following is the Titototter Wiki policy.

General Policy

1. Due to FANDOM’s rules, you must be over 13 to edit. If we find out you are under 13, we will have to ban you.
2. No spamming, making fake pages, deleting important pages, or replacing important pages.
3. Do not edit other peoples user pages unless they allow you to.
4. Do not add unless categories only use categories added by a admin.
5. Do not minimod. If you see a person breaking the rules, tell a staff member, along with the source code.
6. Multiple accounts are allowed, however one must dominate the other. This does not apply to people who get blocked, in which case the sockpuppet will be blocked as well.
7. Vandalism isn't allowed, and is highly prohibited by this wiki. If we see you vandalizing pages, you will get banned.
8. Please visit this page to read on how to format a page. (This is coming soon)
9. Respect all users, especially staff.
10. Do not remove any form of information unless its fake.
11. Profanity is allowed, but not against other users.
12. Do not make new categories.
13. No threatening of any sort.
14. Do not argue with a staff member.
15. If somebody tells you to stop being annoying, mean, etc., then stop it.

Voting Rules

1. Everyone must vote regardless on their experience.
2. All staff must vote before presenting it to public.
3. If a referendum ends with more support, the action must be taken.
4. If a referendum ends with more oppose, no further action is to be taken.
5. If a referendum ends with more neutral, the second most popular vote must be considered (N, S, O = Support Wins| N, O, S = Oppose Wins)
6. It is not known yet what happens in the event if a draw, it is still to be confirmed.

File Policy

1. You must have specifically asked a bureaucrat or administrator to upload an image or video, unless you have a permit. This does not apply for user pages or blogs.
2. All images and videos (except those on user pages or blogs) must relate to Titototter.
3. Do not upload fan made images or videos unless its on a user page or blog.
4. Do not upload dublicates unless its on a user page or blog.

Messaging/Blog Policy

1. No profanity or threats are allowed against other users.
2. A person must not argue with an admin.
3. All forums must be on-topic.
4. Messgae walls are for short communications only, with long ones needing to go into the forums.

Staff Policy

1. If a user is breaking the rules, you must use the three strikes system and warn them each time.
2. You must have a certain amount of edits to obtain a certain role. For more information, visit this link.
3. A user must apply using the Titototter Wiki Admin Application.
4. That user will go into an interview with a few admins.
5. On top of that, a majority of staff participating in the referendum must vote support.
6. Staff members are only allowed to be demoted if 1. They abuse their rights or 2. They have went six consectuive months with 15 edits or less (this does not apply if those edits are very recent).
7. A user must be demoted by a referendum, consisting only staff members and the majority must vote support.
8. No one is to be promoted without permission.
9. The 8 rules above will not apply if a user holds a position in SuperMarioLogan Wiki. SML Wiki Rollbacks and Moderators will automatically gain TT Wiki Adminship and SML Wiki Administrators and Bureaucrats will gain TT Wiki Bureaucracy.
