The following is the Titototter Wiki policy.

General Policy

  1. Due to FANDOM’s rules, you must be 13 or over to edit. If we find out you are under 13, we will have to ban you for either infinite or till you are no longer underage.
  2. No spamming, making fake pages, deleting important pages, or replacing important pages.
  3. Do not edit other peoples user pages unless they allow you to.
  4. Do not add unless categories only use categories added by a admin.
  5. Do not minimod. If you see a person breaking the rules, tell a staff member, along with the source code.
  6. Vandalism isn't allowed, and is highly prohibited in this wiki. If we see you vandalizing pages, you will get an infinite ban.
  7. Please visit this page to read on how to format a page.
  8. Respect all users, especially staff.
  9. Do not remove any form of information unless its fake.
  10. Profanity is allowed, but not against other users and don't use it too much.
  11. Do not be rude to admins or you will be banned
  12. No threatening of any sort.
  13. Do not create pages unless it's related to Titototter or you will be banned
  14. Multiple accounts are allowed, however one must dominate the other. This does not apply to people who get blocked, in which case the sockpuppet will be blocked as well. (it also applies for more sockpuppets)
  15. Don't remove pictures unless it's fake
  16. No threatening of any sort especially users and admins
  17. If somebody tells you to stop being annoying, mean, etc., then stop it.
  18. Don't spam edit pages for the sake of badges which is called Badge-Farming if we see you badge-farming, you will be banned.
  19. Please do not argue with admins or other staff. They know what they're doing, they earned their rights for a reason, This rule also applies to other discussions outside of the wiki.

Voting Rules

  1. Everyone must vote regardless on their experience.
  2. All staff must vote before presenting it to public.
  3. If a referendum ends with more support, the action must be taken.
  4. If a referendum ends with more oppose, no further action is to be taken.
  5. If a referendum ends with more neutral, the second most popular vote must be considered (N, S, O = Support Wins| N, O, S = Oppose Wins)
  6. You must have 25 edits to vote in a poll.
  7. You must have been active for a week to vote in a poll.
    • The only exception to number 6 & 7 is the user & article of the month voting board.

File Policy

Image Policy

  1. You must have specifically asked a bureaucrat or administrator to upload an image or video, unless you have a permit. This does not apply for user pages or blogs.
  2. All images and videos (except those on user pages or blogs) must relate to Titototter.
  3. Do not upload fan made images or videos unless its on a user page or blog.
  4. Do not upload dublicates unless its on a user page or blog.

Video Policy

  1. Don't upload duplicate videos.
  2. Don't upload fan-made videos The only videos we allow here is TT Movies/Shorts. There will be video of the week in October so that will be the only exception.

Messaging/Blog Policy

  1. When someone is warned, they must listen to the admin who gave the warned user the Warning/Notice.
  2. No "test blogs" or "test comments" just for the sake of earning badges. They are nothing but pointless and just fill up the activity feed.
  3. No profanity or threats are allowed against other users.
  4. Leaving messages on your own wall is allowed and don't use it too much if you want to explain why your doing this please make a blog about it.
  5. A person must not argue with an admin.
  6. Messgae walls are for short communications only, with long ones needing to go into blogs.
  7. No racist or sexist comments, you will be blocked if you do something like that.
  8. All blog posts must be related to TT Characters, Movies or shorts.

Staff Policy

  1. If a user is breaking the rules, you must use the three strikes system and warn them each time.
  2. A user must apply using the Titototter Wiki Admin Application.
  3. That user will go into an interview with a few admins.
  4. On top of that, a majority of staff participating in the referendum must vote support.
  5. Staff members are only allowed to be demoted if 1. They abuse their rights or 2. They have went two months with less then 10 days active. (or decided early by other admins)
  6. A user must be demoted by a referendum, consisting only staff members and the majority must vote support.
  7. No one is to be promoted without permission.
  8. Although if get declined you can reapply after a month this doesn't count for users who are underage who are not allowed to reapply until they are no longer underage.

Bureaucrat Policy

  1. If you did any vandals you won't be promoted instead you will be blocked.
  2. A certain user will have to contribute for 40 days in 2 months exactly when you got promoted to become a bureaucrat this only counts for admins. (or if promoted in an early interview by other bureaucrats)
  3. When you try to apply for staff you can't apply for Bureaucrat because these rights are special.
  4. To be considered a candidate for this position you must be in a really god standing with both the wiki and the policy.

Signature Policy

  1. Signatures must be less then 4 lines high
  2. Signatures pictures must not be over twice their size
  3. Signatures must hint what the user is
  4. Signatures must not be infoboxes, because it takes up space.
